Hausmeister (m/w/d) Facility Maintenance Technician

Als unser Hausmeister (m/w/d) Facility Maintenance Technician unterstützt Du in dieser Stelle unser Facility Management Team an unserem Standort in Unterschleißheim. 

 

Was Du machen wirst

 

  • Überwachung der Instandhaltung der Außenbereiche, wie z. B. Verkehrswege, Gehwege, Parkplätze und Dachflächen
  • Instandhaltung und Pflege der Rasenflächen und Bepflanzungen (Bewässerung, Rasen mähen, Baumschnitt)
  • Unterstützung des Umzugsmanagements
  • Durchführung des Winterdienstes
  • Inspektionsrundgänge (Zaunanlagen, Türen und Tore, Schrankenanlagen, Schachtanlagen, Entwässerung)
  • Durchführung von Kleinreparaturen und Wartungstätigkeiten bei Bedarf
  • Durchführung von Routineprüfungen (Sanitärbereich, Türen und Tore, Fenster, Schließanlagen, Mobiliar und sonstigen Raumausstattungen)
  • Überwachung und Beauftragung von Dienstleistungsunternehmen im Rahmen des Budgets
  • Erstellung von Berichten und Dokumentationen
  • Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung und Überwachung des Budgets

 

Was wir suchen 

 

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in einem handwerklichen oder technisch anerkannten Beruf
  • Mind. 2 - 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung
  • Gewerkübergreifende Fachkenntnisse
  • Sicherer Umgang mit PC (MS Office)
  • Führerschein Klasse B.
  • Grundkenntnisse in Englisch
