Teamlead DC Technicians (m/f/d)

As Teamlead Data Center Technicians (m/f/d) you will be reporting to our Site Manager and responsible for leading a team of Data Center Technicians at our Amsterdam site in (Aviolanda 1, 1437 ED, Rozenburg).

What you will do

Management and further development of the Data Center (DC) Technician Team in AMS1
Further development of operational processes and compliance with the defined KPIs
Responsibility for the completeness and up-to-date quality of all technical documentation, including the preparation and further development of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and emergency operating procedures (EOPs)
Development of a health and safety culture & strategy (H&S) in the local organisation
Supporting the day-to-day business of the site
Professional monitoring and management of (customer) audits
Responsibility for the further development & standardisation of customer reporting.
Contact person for the QM of operational procedures as well as for the maintenance of certifications: ISO 9001, ISO 27001 (BSI), ISO 50001, PCI DSS, EN 50600

What we expect

Completed technical studies, technical advanced qualification or comparable qualification in electrical engineering supplemented by several years of management responsibility
Distinctive, several years' experience in the field of data centre operation or operations and management
Very good written and spoken English skills
Very good knowledge of MS Office
Live and act along the NTT Values
Distinct customer and service mentality
Solution-oriented, target-oriented, hands-on and entrepreneurial approach
Conceptual and strategic skills
Quick comprehension, analytical and networked thinking
Convincing appearance and negotiating skills
