Senior Manager Sourcing - Client Fit Out/In Life (m/f/d)

As our Senior Manager Sourcing - Client Fit Out/In Life (m/f/d), you will be responsible to drive the global development and implementation of the vision and strategy for the area of category assignment and to provide flexible, responsive, and innovative global sourcing support to the business area. 

What you will do

• Personally lead and manage large sub-categories, developing global end-to-end Client Fit out and In-Life Construction category strategies with near-, mid-, and long-term improvement plan
• Execute core procurement activities including market research, spend analytics, strategy development, negotiation, and vendor management
• Utilize tools such as Oracle, SAP, Ariba, Coupa, Power BI, and e-Maintenance in alignment with procurement policies
• Share success stories to support broader procurement communications and visibility
• Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders (VP/Director level), demonstrating procurement’s value and strategic impact
• Promote vendor relationship management and post-contract value delivery
• Act as a procurement ambassador, driving engagement and reinforcing procurement’s role as a commercial asset, not just a compliance function
• Co-develop sourcing strategies with business units, guiding them through best-fit approaches and tools
• Track and report progress against objectives using audience-specific updates and market insights
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and audits in collaboration with Legal, Risk, and other functions
• Lead contract negotiations and manage procurement timelines to meet operational needs
• Build and manage a pipeline of sourcing opportunities aligned with savings targets
• Develop and execute annual vendor management plans, including spend forecasts, savings goals, and performance metrics
• Foster ethical, diverse, and mutually beneficial vendor relationships
• Ensure adherence to anti-bribery and corruption guidelines, escalating concerns as needed

What we are looking for

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred. Procurement certifications (e.g., CSPM, MCIPS, ISM) are a plus
• 10+ years in sourcing procurement within data centers, construction, and/or facilities management
• Deep expertise in category strategy, vendor management, and contract negotiations with a focus on total cost of ownership (TCO)
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, influence stakeholders, and drive results in dynamic, complex environments
• Strategic thinker to align procurement strategies with business goals, market trends, and competitive insights
• Strong financial acumen, analytical skills, and ability to distill complex issues into actionable solutions
• Extremely client focused with a high adaptability and responsiveness to evolving business needs and stakeholder expectations
• Excellent communicator, capable of simplifying abstract concepts and presenting them clearly
• Business Insight: Applies deep knowledge of internal strengths and external market dynamics to develop impactful procurement strategies
• Willingness to travel up to 20% globally as required
