Project Manager, Client Fit Out - Business Operations (m/f/d)

NTT GDC has an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager, Business Operations Client Fit Out. As a Project Manager for the Business Operations Team, you will be supporting the Client Fit Out division with the coordination and production of client fit out proposals and providing operational and project management office support to the regional delivery teams during the end to end project phases. The division is responsible for executing fit out projects in the whitespace as well as managing any future expansions or services for those clients. This is a full time hybrid permanent position.

What you will do 

• Coordinate presales requests from initiation of client requirements to output of cost & schedule highlighting any dependencies and risks
• Assessment and quality check of Scope of Works to ensure consistency and meeting client requirements to enable cost and schedule
• Coordinate, review and validate the development of cost estimates & schedules for Client requests and Fit-Out projects in operational Data Centers across EMEA
• Preparation of cost estimates and delivery dates against scope of work to actively support client teams
• Stakeholder management, ensuring structure and cadence of meetings with clear actions and owners with committed timelines driving to a common goal, including meeting minutes in a templatized format
• Support budget approval and funds release, leveraging internal finance and controlling teams with the preparation of Project Applications to support investment approval
• Cross-departmental communication and cooperation with internal stakeholders including commercial management, design teams, finance/controlling, local operations, Health & Safety teams and other delivery teams contributing to the project
• Ensure project documentation is provided, managed and saved in the approved document repository system
• Support the Business Operations Manager on any process development, as well as on development and standardization of templates and monthly or weekly reports
• Ensure tracking of all requests and status resulting in production of weekly management reports

What we are looking for

• Industry experience in critical infrastructure, such as data center industry, oil and gas industry, pharmaceutical industry, engineering in power plant construction, plantengineering or mechanical engineering advantageous
• Experience in project management, preferably in an international environment
• Business fluent in English
• Has a reasonable knowledge of Data Center M&E infrastructure
• Willing to travel domestically or internationally where required
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio & Project)
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
