Insurance Manager (m/f/d)

As our Insurance Manager (m/f/d), you will ensure a proper insurance program which follows a risk-based approach to protect the company.

What you will do

• Cooperate with all relevant GDC and NTT DATA/Group partners to ensure all necessary information is collected and Insurance is appropriately managed
• Independently drive the maintenance and continuous improvement of the GDC-wide Insurance Management System and the associated instructional documentation
• In case of claims, independently communicate with involved parties to collect required information and ensure required reporting to insurance
• Actively contribute to maintaining and expanding the good relationship with all Data Center sites and other departments in NTT GDC
• Support business departments and client management in questions of Insurance
• Contribute to promoting a holistic understanding of resilience, thereby enabling synergies between Risk Management, Insurance Management, Travel Security and CM & BCM to be used in an effective way
• Contribute to ensuring that the Insurance Management is driven in alignment with the Integrated Management System (IMS)
• Participate in coordinating and initiating resilience measures in close cooperation with Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Management and Security Management departments
• Support the Director Resilience and contribute to a positive team culture

What we are looking for

• Strong understanding of Insurance Management
• Relevant multi-year professional experience in the field of Insurance Management
• Successfully completed university degree (Graduate/Master/Diploma) or comparable professional experience
• Additional relevant professional training/qualifications desirable
• Fluent in German and English
