Compliance Specialist (m/f/d)

As our Compliance Specialist (m/f/d), you will contribute to the establishment of compliance standards and to the implementation, development and promotion of an effective Compliance Program to ensure compliance with internal and external regulations and laws incl. NTT DATA and Group requirements.

The role will be based in Frankfurt, is full time and hybrid.

What you will do

• Contribute to the maintenance and continuous improvement of the GDC-wide Compliance Management System and the associated instructional documentation
• Support further development and maintenance of compliance documents and processes
• Contribute to the identifying and managing compliance risks
• Participate in the development of compliance controls to ensure compliance with external and internal regulations
• Be responsible for the sanctions screening process
• Support in the operation of compliance case management
• Contribute to promoting a holistic understanding of compliance, thereby enabling synergies between
• Compliance Management and Internal Control System to be used in an effective way
• Contribute to ensuring that the CMS is driven in alignment with the Integrated Management System (IMS) System
• Contribute to maintaining and expanding the good relationship with all data centers and other departments in NTT GDC
• Contribute to the implementation of compliance awareness measures and trainings
• Support the Director Compliance and contribute to a positive team culture

What we are looking for

• Successfully completed university degree (Master/Diploma desirable) or comparable professional experience
• Relevant professional experience in the field of Compliance Management
• Additional professional training/qualifications desirable
• Understanding of relevant ISO standards (e.g. ISO 37301)
• Fluent in English. Multilingual skills are an advantage
