Technical Document and Reporting Specialist

As a Technical Document and Reporting Specialist you will be an integral part of our Central Engineering Team for the EMEA-Region. This permanent and hybrid role, based in the UK, is perfect for someone passionate about technical documentation and reporting excellence supporting in an international environment and the expanding data centre industry.

 

What you will do

  • Transition technical documentation to operational “Steady-State”
  • Serve as an interface to internal stakeholders within Central Engineering and our data centre site operation teams
  • Lead stakeholder reviews of technical documents (i.e. SOP’s, MOP’s)
  • Provide data based on CAFM / CMMS dashboards, data analysis, and reporting
  • Design and maintain engineering documents and reports and train stakeholders in usage
  • Manage Business Process Management Software (ARIS) to register documents and updates
  • Develop process diagrams based on ARIS
  • Implement initiatives from Lessons Learned reviews
     

What we are looking for

  • Qualification recognized in the UK
  • Technical affinity and strong analytical skills
  • Proficiency with CAFM/ CMMS system or comparable desired
  • Knowledge of Business Process Management Software (i.e. ARIS) or similar tools
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, growing and expanding environment
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in multinational, interdisciplinary and culturally diverse teams
  • Commitment to maintaining consistency and excellence in documentation standards
  • Proficient in English language (verbal, written), with a second European language desirable but not essential
  • To undergo full security checks to BS7858:2019 standard
