Senior Manager Supplier Relationship Management
The Senior Manager Supplier Relationship Management has a significant integrating role and hence impact to the business in regard to acting as a key interface between the business side and the external supply base. This position acts as a pro-active change manager and a cross-functional driver bringing together the different stakeholders across the businesses ensuring that the supply base is managed professionally and in an integrated manner.
Your responsibilities
Strategic Procurement
- Consolidate spend values/ forecasted demand across sites/ countries for strategic commodities/ supplies
- Drive standardisation/ harmonisation of designs (equipment)/ SOW scope (maintenance/ support, engineering, and consulting) in alignment with D&E, CON, OPS
- Run tenders, conduct negotiations, recommend awards, sign contracts with suppliers in alignment with D&E, CON, OPS
- Manage the relationship with the suppliers through appropriate supplier qualifications, regular business reviews, supplier performance assessments & improvement initiatives
- Drive usage of and monitor business compliance with strategic supply contracts
- Align within NTT stakeholders (NTT GS, NTT GDC procurement teams)
Supply Management integration
- Review, assess, improve, align with stakeholders, release, maintain and monitor compliance with documents, templates, forms, e.g.
- Documents for PQQ / tender pack
- Contractual documents (e.g. PCSA, frame contracts, GSA)
- Tender evaluations
- Contract award recommendations
- Review, assess, improve, align with stakeholders, release, maintain and monitor compliance with supply management processes, roles & responsibilities, interfaces, such as:
- Tender preparation and release process
- Sourcing Strategies (OFCI, CFCI, GC etc.)
- Tender evaluation, award recommendation and approval process
- Supplier qualification, assessment and improvement/ development process
- Scope integration
- Consolidate product and service requirements in alignment with the different stakeholders to ensure an integrated supply approach to be covered in the frame agreements
- Develop, align, implement and monitor a TCO approach across the business
Your profile
- Solid expertise in managing complex projects from a cost/procurement/contractual perspective
- Experience in working in cross-functional/project teams and in an international environment
- Proven experience working in a similar role in the data center industry or critical environment
- Customer focused and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Self-motivated/hands-on manager to drive initiatives also when facing some reluctance and resistance
- Open-minded mindset to accept challenges and to drive change on the green / brown field
- Personality to actively and openly liaise and interact with different people, functions, nationalities
- Undergo full security checks to BS7858:2019
