Senior Manager - Quality Management (m/f/d)
As our Senior Manager - Quality Management (m/f/d), you'll be leading the team of Quality Managers and Specialists to protect the organization through a pro-active and agile Quality Management compliant with internal and external regulations and requirements and ensure the highest level of process-oriented quality assurance and continuous improvement within the organization.
What you will do
- Ensure that the Quality Management System (QMS) is driven as an Integrated Management System (IMS)
- Coordinate the consolidation of the different management systems under IMS to ensure an effective and efficient IMS and the compliance with the corresponding certification standards
- Manage the Quality Management budget and objectives
- Manage the GDC audit program and certification strategy and ensure the certification audits are coordinated in alignment with the certification strategy
- Manage the internal audit framework relevant to the IMS and ensure an internal audit process in alignment with the internal control system, certifications and global requirements
- Guide the team to build synergies in the IMS by working closely with all stakeholders in the organization
- Coordinate and initiate improvements in close cooperation with all Data Center sites and departments
- Drive standardization and manage a further development of a central data base for audits and issues
- Ensure the maintenance and continuous improvement of the instructional documentation for the QMS
- Manage the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of the QMS and support regular reporting and management reviews
- Drive strategic Quality Management projects and ensure the monitoring of new developments in business processes and certification standards
- Drive awareness of QMS, IMS and certifications within the organization
What we are looking for
- Successfully completed university degree (Master/Diploma)
- Relevant professional experience in the fields of Quality Management and ISO certifications
- Additional relevant professional training/qualifications desirable
- Experience in leading improvement projects
- Expert knowledge of ISO standards, knowledge of industry standards desirable
- Fluent in English. Multilingual skills are an advantage
- Modern leadership style and leadership skill set to lead an international team
- Strategically thinking individual with a structured and target-oriented approach, always looking for a solution
- Ability to work independently with a strong analytical approach
- Self-motivation and an ability to use one’s own initiative
- Willing and able to travel worldwide
