Principal Specialist Total Rewards (m/f/d)
As our Principal Specialist Total Reward (m/w/d) you will be responsible for driving the full spectrum of total rewards within a defined region. Contributing to new approaches for the further development and design of competitive solutions in the fast-moving data center business in close collaboration with the entire Total Rewards and Human Resources teams globally. Regional Business Leadership and regional Human Resources will be the key customers.
This is a full-time permanent hybrid role.
What you will do
- Implementation and management of projects in the areas of compensation, benefits, well-being, recognition, and employee development that fully represent the business needs of our business in EMEA
- Partnering with Global Total Rewards on core program rollouts and partnering with other regional TR Specialists on programs needed for EMEA or which EMEA can share with other regions
- Manage key stakeholders including the HR Leadership Team, Regional Leaders, Finance colleagues, TR and HRBPs.
- Responsibility for managing our NTT Job Framework in EMEA, including the evaluation, classification and pricing of jobs
- Implementation and monitoring of the annual salary review, bonus and performance management processes, including the analysis of our pay position to market to drive budget recommendations
- Primary point of contact for HR Business Partners and management for EMEA
- Analysis, design and further development of current compensation programs and processes, and the analysis of potential expansion of our current offerings
- Conducting internal and external salary benchmarks to ensure a modern, fair and competitive compensation structure across all functions that can be understood by all employees
- Collect, prepare and compile reports and statistics in preparation for presenting to management
What we are looking for
- Successfully completed studies in business administration or comparable, ideally with a focus on human resources management
- Broad knowledge of remuneration in EMEA and local market trends
- Highly capable in the use of Excel and other data analytics tools
- Confident in using MS Office and HR information systems such as Workday
- Relevant professional experience in TR in a global environment
- Knowledge of tax and social security law as well as company pension schemes
- Excellent English-speaking skills are essential, with additional languages (e.g. German or Spanish) being a strong benefit.
- Strong teamwork, communication and conflict resolution skills, to include the ability to manage the deliverables of both temporary and/or full-time employees in TR
- Strong Collaborative mentality and positive attitude to impart knowledge across HR
- Pragmatic with a hands-on approach
- Consultative approach and used to dealing with senior management and executives
