IT Solutions Architect (m/f/d)

As our IT Solutions Architect Workflows & Groupware (m/f/d), you will substantially support the processes for GDC. In close alignment with the business and all IS teams you will be accountable for the technical management, the availability and performance of an important part of the application landscape, which is the foundation of a many business-critical processes. The position serves as crucial contribution to the standardization and performance of our fast growing and expanding business.

The role will be based in Frankfurt, is full time and hybrid.

 

What you will do

  • Administration of the inhouse Atlassian tool landscape (Confluence, JIRA)
  • Administration of different business supporting applications within the financial, operational and IS scope (mainly SQL server based)
  • Strategic development and optimizing of the system landscape
  • Handling demand, change and incident management for applications
  • Be project lead for specific application projects
  • Be responsible for the documentation
  • Be main contact for external suppliers / vendors
     

What we are looking for

  • (Technical) University degree in information technology, business administration or appropriate equivalent
  • At least 5 years of experience as IT professional
  • At least 2 years of experience in application management of Confluence and JIRA
  • Good knowledge of IT technologies (DBMS, Webservers, Microsoft technology stack including Azure)
  • Ideally knowledge of MS PowerApp programming/design
  • Experience in requirements and process analysis
  • Experience in project management (classic and agile)
  • Good command of German and English, both written and spoken
