Quality Manager (m/w/d)

As our Quality Manager(m/f/d), you will be responsible for efficient and consistent Quality Management using quality controls and audit plans within EMEA. In cooperation with a variety of stakeholders, you will ensure compliance with the defined internal and external specifications and standards as well as the maintenance of certifications within the Integrated Management System.

 

Your Responsibilities

  • Operate an EMEA-wide Quality Management (QM) as an Integrated Management System (IMS)
  • Maintain and further develop QM guidelines and processes
  • Quality assurance of controlled documentation 
  • Planning and conducting internal audits as part of the IMS
  • Reporting and follow-up of audit measures and risk mitigation plans
  • Ensure that business processes are fully aligned with certification standards and NTT requirements
  • Coordinate certification audits and assist with external audits as required
  • Create and maintain awareness of QM, IMS and certifications throughout the organization
  • Contribute to the performance measurement of processes and the IMS
  • Work closely with Process Management to document and improve processes
  • Collaborate with the Internal Control Manager in the further development of internal controls
  • Advising the business areas on achieving company-wide quality targets and identifying improvement opportunities
  • Support with client inquiries and audits

 

 

Your Profile

  • Successfully completed studies (Master/Diploma desirable) or comparable professional experience  
  • Qualification in Quality Management and relevant standards, e.g. ISO 9001
  • Knowledge of ISO and other standards (e.g. ISO 27001, ISO 45001, ISO PCI DSS, EN 50600, TIA 942) and further QM qualifications desirable
  • Fluent oral and written skills in English and German
  • Outstanding attention to detail with a passion for quality
  • Strong analytical skills with process-oriented thinking
  • Good communication skills and the ability to manage issues in a clear and methodical manner
  • Structured and target-oriented way of working
  • Ability to work independently and responsibly
