Project Manager (m/f/d)

As Project Manager (PMO Manager) (m/f/d) you will ensure that organization, processes, communication, and reporting comply with our specifications in our Data Center Operations. We are currently operating more than 44+ Data Centers across the EMEA-Region. To support our further expansion, we are now expanding our Project Management Team in Data Center Operations. You will be acting in a cross-functional role and being an expert in internal and external Stakeholder Management.

Your responsibilities

• Analysis and elaboration of proposals for optimizing internal processes as well as the coordination of interfaces to other departments
• Support and provision of advice to employees for ensuring project goals are met in compliance with processes and standards
• Proposing and coordinating the templates used in reporting, including maintenance and optimization of existing processes, standards, and tools
• Adoption of new projects in the reporting system and recording of key project information
• Review and plausibility check of the project status reports (in terms of form and content with regard to compliance with processes and standards)
• Main responsibility for collaboration within all departments of “Data Center Delivery”
• Contributing (as an internal service provider) to the implementation of NTT-specific content, processes, specifications in each project, through the specific involvement of the “PMO Organization” unit. The goal and task is to enable/guarantee a uniform approach in the project management.
• Active contribution to and shaping of the development of NTT and the Data Center Delivery department in EMEA
• Support for internationalization of the company and of the Data Center Delivery department

Your profile

• Several years of professional experience in a project and service delivering environment, ideally more than 5 years
• Several years of professional experience in a data center / data centre environment or similar
• Demonstrated experience in cross-regional operations
• Professional project management certification (e.g., Prince2, PMI, SaFE, SCRUM or PMP)
• Business fluent in English; German language skills would be an advantage
• Mobility and willingness to travel for multi-location project assignments at home and abroad (could be 30 - 50% traveltime)
• To undergo full security checks to BS7858:2019 standard
