Inside Sales Carrier & Colocation Account Manager (m/f/d)

We are looking for you as our new Inside Sales Carrier & Colocation Account Manager at our Frankfurt site. In this challaging and exciting position you will be contribute to our future sucess. 

 

Your responsibilities

  • Be the first and main point of contact for new accounts and develop great relationships and acquire new logos from Colocation and Carrier business perspective
  • Plans, builds, and maintains long-term relationships with new and key accounts
  • Achieves and exceeds assigned sales targets for Colocation and Carrier Racks, in particular order intake targets
  • Track sales and forecasts against the sales plan, incl. accurate (sales) reporting
  • Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Manage and increase sales with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Compose value propositions for business opportunities and bring prospect to closure
  • Documentation and maintenance of customer and carrier data (CRM-System)
  • Active participation in promotional sales activities and events, e.g. international exhibitions as well as road shows
  • Facilitate teamwork by working closely together with all departments involved across the relevant regions
  • Support of Project Managers in commercial matters cross-departmental development and expansion of customer contacts
  • Analysis of the customer's product strategy
  • Develop strategy out of learning from lost deals
  • Active engagement with relevant departments to develop solution offerings based on local requirements

 

Your profile

  • Completed studies and/or training in the areas of IT, Technology or Business Administration
  • Relevant experience in direct sales of data center, IT and carrier products and services
  • Very good German and good written and spoken English skills
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience of sales activities and confidence in closing deals
  • Professional appearance towards customers and organisations
  • High standards of reliability and diligence
  • Excellent verbal skills and good communication skills
