HR Business Partner (m/f/d)
To further drive and support our company growth with a true EMEA wide HR set up, we are currently recruiting an experienced HR Business Partner to join our NTT Global Data Centers EMEA division. As a key member of our EMEA HR team, you will act as a Business Partner for some of our most critical Data Center business areas and their leadership teams ensuring that our line managers are fully equipped and advised to meet the people aspects of their role.
Your responsibilities
- Advise and work along our EMEA growth plan across the defined internal customers (e.g. central functions, DACH countries, Netherlands, Spain etc.)
- Coach and train line managers in their day to day leadership tasks
- Take ownership of complex HR cases and other areas where HR expertise is required to help to navigate through change and growth situation
- Ensure that managers have the tools and access to advice needed for effective management of the performance of their employees
- Advise on people development within the NTT GDC EMEA policies and procedures
- Be available as a source of advice for managers to assist with employee challenges or concers
- Act as the employment law expert and provide timely advice on matters
- Act as a mediation or escalation point if needed
- Create a culture of excellence, togetherness along the NTT values which is clearly visible through the outputs of the team
- Contribute to projects for the wider NTT HR team
- Lead initiatives to improve competence and capability of talent across the organisation
- Own the induction process of new employees through regular engagement and tracking
- Closely work with the Senior Manager HR based in Frankfurt and the entire EMEA HR team
Your profile
- Acted as a commercially focused business partner who is a specialist in people relationship management
- Working at senior level within the business in international / intercultural HR environments
- "Can to approach" combined with the willingness to work in a broad spectrum from conceptional and strategic think and work to operational fixing things at the company level
- Comfortable with making difficult and/or important decisions
- Coaching and development skills
- Analytical skills and good presentation skills
- Professional can do attitude that is based on strong set of personal values
- Ideally proven HR track record in Tech or IT industry
- Academical background (University degree) of advantage
- English and another European language as must (e.g. Spanish, German, Dutch)
- High resilience and personal balance
- Proven change agent attitude
- Good command of standard HR IT platforms (ideally SAP SF)
- Willingness to travel
