(Principal) Client Success Manager (m/f/d)

The (Principal) Client Success Manager (m/f/d) will be having a cross-site client responsibility in collaboration with the respective local Client Managers at the site of the assigned account. The (Principal) Client Success Manager is responsible for successful long-term client management across multiple sites and organizational units, developing and expanding the client relationship at the tactical level. The (Principal) Client Success Manager has client responsibility at assigned sites and is the first point of contact for the client and all internal departments (SPOC).

  • Complaint & Escalation Management
  • Billing-to-Cash Management  
  • Knowledge building and transfer
  • Cooperation with Sales

 

Your profile

  • Several years of successful experience within the Sales and Client Management arena in a similar role, e.g. Client Success Director,  Account Director or comparable
  • Several years of working experience for a technical services company, such as a data center services provider, telecommunications and/or internet services provider or another similar technical organisation
  • Excellent numerical, literacy, and written skills
  • Being able to communicate effectively and build relationships at all levels
  • Ability to interpret often complex and technically detailed contracts
  • Handling confidential matters with discretion and professionalism acting with integrity at all times
  • Holding excellent organisational and project management skills and be able to prioritise your own workloads without supervision
  • Having analytical and inquisitive nature and be able to use your initiative and self-motivation to solve challenging problems
  • Highly proficient using IT equipment and software systems, including a very good knowledge of MS Office
