Business Analyst (m/f/d)
We are looking for a new talent to supports the sales and commercial organization to continue creating an environment for sales success. As our Business Analyst you will be working mainly in these areas: Sales Force Automation, Sales Incentive Plan and Sales Performance Management. This role will drive overall productivity and effectiveness across the EMEA region, actively participating to onboarding and everboarding programs.
Your responsibilities
- Develop and create customized reports and dashboards
- Train new and existing users on how to use Salesforce
- Creating and maintaining documentation on processes, policies and help related materials for users
- Make sure that Sales commissions have the correct status in Salesforce (open, validated or paid)
- Do regular checks of commissions paid are in line with payment requests submitted to payroll team for payment (quarterly)
- Build reporting capabilities to show pipeline performance and sales cycle dynamics
- Support multiple reporting requests
- Manage ongoing completion & cleaning programs of various sales data
Your profile
- College degree required or equivalent work/technical experience
- Several years of general working experience
- For sales tool administration: Several years of Salesforce.com experience. Salesforce.com business certification preferred
- Ability to navigate culture and politics across multiple functions
- Strong communicator and presenter, both in person and virtually
- Strong project management knowledge and process orientation
- Problem solving, critical thinking and open mindset
- Fluent English and German language skills (ideally a third language)
