Sales Analyst (m/f/d)

As Sales Analyst (m/w/d) you will be supporting the business goal "profitable order entry" through efficient management and documentation of capacity and power resources within our Data Centers. The Sales  Analyst will continuous further develop the efficient management of the available space and capacity in cooperation with business planning & budget for the EMEA-Region and will be based in Frankfurt am Main, Germany.


Your responsibilities

  • Continously further develop our reportings and standardized processes to describe the available capacity in our Data Centers, the pipline performance and sales cycle dynamics
  • Report against performance metrics on a regular basis, ad-hoc and identifying trends and highlighting exceptions
  • Monitor forecasts against sales targets, as well as risks and opportunities
  • Further Develop and continuously maintain customer and sales intelligence data and associated analytics 
  • Ensure consistency and integrity of the aggregated data in close collaboration with the specific internal departments
  • Further Develop processes and procedures to ensure effective data management
  • Document and communicate sales reporting and forecasting policy


Your profile

  • Technical University degree or in a Business Management related studies
  • Several years of project experience in a similar role, such as e.g. Business Analyst, Sales Analyst, desirable in an national and international environment
  • High level of competence in dealing with internal stakeholders
  • Structured and reliable way of working especially with time-critical requests
  • Negotiating English skills in words and writing
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications (MS Excel), BI-Tools (Power-BI, Tableau, etc.)
  • Have a good-user level of knowledge of CRM tools, preferably salesforce
  • Above-average willingness to perform, teamwork skills as well as a high degree of independence and initiative
  • High awareness of deadlines
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong proactive communication skills
