Business Analyst (m/f/d)

As Business Analyst (m/w/d) you will be supporting the business goal "profitable order entry" through efficient management and documentation of capacity and power resources within our Data Centers. The Business Analyst will continuous further develop the efficient management of the available space and capacity in cooperation with business planning & budget.

 

Your responsibilities

  • Establishment and development of the commercial capacity analyst function and definition of processes as part of the business planning unit
  • Central contact for all client requirements of all departments (especially Sales and Pre-Sales) regarding existing capacities (space and power) and standardized delivery times
  • Maintaining capacity planning of customer opportunities in cooperation with Pre-Sales and central overview of spaces and services
  • Advising Sales and Pre-Sales in ensuring optimal space utilization for cage planning
  • Input to business planning and forecast (e.g. sales and capacity planning)
  • Development of process improvements to strengthen customer loyalty with regard to power and space efficiency, in cooperation with Pre- and Post-Sales functions
  • Conducting of regular status meetings with the all  corresponding departments to review the power and capacity situation
  • Support for business development and sales processes: Support for planning, segmentation and dimensioning of client and sales channels: Monitoring/forecasts/reporting of sales targets or performance parameters (KPI) • Creation of management reports

 

Your profile

  • Position-relevant professional experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in a technology or service company or in a sales-related environment
  • Technical University degree or in a Business Management related studies
  • Several years of project experience in a national and international environment
  • High level of competence in dealing with internal stakeholders
  • Structured and reliable way of working especially with time-critical requests
  • Negotiating English skills in words and writing
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications as well as CRM tools (Salesforce)
  • Above-average willingness to perform, teamwork skills as well as a high degree of independence and initiative
  • High awareness of deadlines
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong proactive communication skills
